Shipping 

Thank you so much for your order! Our current turn around time is 7-14 days to ship unless otherwise noted in the listing.  We can not guarantee delivery dates.  All of our pieces are made by hand, with love, in the studio.  If you are concerned about a delivery time, email us before placing the order and we can let you know if there is any way we can get it to you on time!

We ship USPS First Class mail and First Class International and you can purchase a Priority Mail upgrade for an additional $5 if you would prefer. 

We can not take responsibility for packages upon sending.  You will receive a tracking number when the package is sent.  From this point on please contact USPS if the parcel does not arrive securely.  We can not be held responsible once the package leaves our hands.

We are so grateful for your patience and kindness as we work through your orders. Your grace is such a huge gift and we are working as fast as possible to get your items to you!

Sales

Though we wish we could honor sales all the time, we are so, so sorry but are not able to retroactively apply sales to your order!  

Returns / / Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with the piece, we accept returns within the first ten days after it arrives to you. The pieces must be free of wear to be returned.  Please email us at rebekahgoughjewelry@gmail.com with the return info during the ten day span and we will approve the return and offer directions on how to make the return. Upon arrival of the fully in tact piece we will issue a return.  If you seek a return outside of the ten day time span we charge a 50% restocking fee.  

Repairs

Rebekah Gough Jewelry pieces are delicate and therefore require care in wearing and keeping!  Within the first ten days after receiving the piece we will cover repair fees in the sad case that something happens (we can not cover lost fees: the piece must be returned including all parts).  Please email rebekahgoughjewelry@gmail.com and we will approve the repair send directions on the return.  

If a repair is needed more than ten days after receipt, a fee of 15.00 plus shipping will be charged.  Please email rebekahgoughjewelry@gmail.com with the repair info so we can approve it.

Though we truly wish for you to treasure your pieces forever, Rebekah Gough Jewelry is not responsible for lost jewelry.
