Shipping 

Our products ship within 7-14 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the listing. All of our pieces are made by hand, with love, in our studio.  If you are concerned about a delivery time, email us before placing the order and we can let you know if there is any way we can get it to you on time!

During our annual 40% off sale, products will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

We ship USPS First Class Mail and First Class Mail International.  You will have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout for an additional $5.

You will receive a tracking number when the package is sent.  Please contact USPS if the parcel does not arrive securely.  We can not be held responsible once the package leaves our hands.

Sales

We are sorry, but are unable to retroactively apply sales to your order. 

Returns / / Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns within 10 days after it arrives to you. The pieces must be free of wear to be returned.  Please email us at [email protected] to request a refund and we will provide return instructions and further details.  Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different piece, please email [email protected] to request an exchange and we will provide further instructions.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Repairs

Rebekah Gough Jewelry pieces are delicate and therefore require special care.

If your piece needs repaired within 10 days after it arrives to you, we will cover the repair fees.  The piece must be returned including all parts.  Please email us at [email protected] to request a repair and we will provide instructions.

If a repair is needed more than 10 days after receiving, a fee of $15 + shipping will be charged.  Please email us at  [email protected] to inform us of the repair request.  Then, click HERE to purchase your repair.

Though we truly wish for you to treasure your pieces forever, Rebekah Gough Jewelry is not responsible for lost jewelry.
